EcoBox Fabricators launched with precision container assembly and optimized labor workflows. We built residential and commercial modular units, refining our understanding of on-site integration and material handling efficiency. Steel had limits. Weight, shipping costs, thermal performance, and fire resistance created bottlenecks. We mapped every constraint and asked what material could solve them all.

Through extensive experience with steel-based modular construction, we systematically identified key limitations across materials, labor, and shipping.
To address these challenges, we transitioned to MgO Modular Utah, developing our proprietary System of Solutions—an integrated MgO SIP Building System and Envelope designed for modular applications. Partnering with MgO Systems, Titan-Wall, and Triton MgO ensuring verified performance, making this system more affordable, sustainable, and dependable than legacy methods.
